portfolio Unit 4 - Career Portfolio

Section 3 - Standard Requirements in Development

This section is titled Standard Requirements in Development because the last two sections of your career portfolio will grow and change over time as your career and life develop. You will add to it regularly as you master certain skills relevant to your career objectives.

Upon completion of this section you will:

  • Understand the Samples of Work and Personal Achievements components for a career portfolio
  • Complete your Career Portfolio

Samples of Work

This section of the portfolio demonstrates what you can do and how well you can do it. Your portfolio should include samples of your work. Choose samples of which you are proud—work that shows care and planning.

Wherever possible, choose samples that display skills appropriate to the position for which you are applying.
